Angel felt positively wicked. She’d been to spas plenty of times in the past all over the world. But the royal treatment she and Gia were given today surpassed even the finest in Paris. Racks of dresses with matching shoes and lingerie were brought out for them to choose from. Gia chose a stunning red gown that had a split from the side clean up to her hips. Her best friend had the attitude and the body to wear a sack and still be sexy. But Angel loved the yellow dress the best.
“You are stunning, Angel,” Lorenzo whispered against her ear.
She had to take a deep breath before she could speak. “Why thank you, you’re pretty wonderful yourself.”
Lorenzo looked good in anything he wore, but the black slacks and white silk top fit him to perfection. The matching jacket he had slung over his shoulder as he walked to where she stood, was obviously custom made to fit his muscular frame. While they’d been kissing, the garment had fallen to the floor, unnoticed for the most part, except to be picked back up and casually thrown over his shoulder. The man was too gorgeous for her state of mind. And he was all hers for the night.
The big car pulled up outside a building she thought was a night club, but it didn’t seem to be open yet. She frowned at Lorenzo. “What are we doing here?”
He focused on her face, sending shivers down her spine. “This is a new club Derek and I are partnering on.” He indicated the dark building.
Despite the butterflies jumping in her stomach, she loved how he wanted to share something that obviously meant a lot to him. “Is it going to be very exclusive, something like Club Inferno?”
He glanced at the club and back at her, a slight grin on his face. “Yes and no. Come on. I’ll show you.”
Always the gentlemen, Lorenzo stepped out and then leaned down to help her.
There was a lighted walkway that led around the side of the building. Instead of entering the double doors that formed the entrance, he held her hand to direct them to the side.
A gasp escaped her lips at the sight that greeted her eyes. The moon was high, shining down like a spotlight on a large tent-like structure near the water. She stared down at her gorgeous new heels, and back at the expanse of sand she’d need to walk through to get to their obvious destination.
Lorenzo laughed at her, seconds before he bent and lifted her into his strong arms.
She squealed, almost losing her grip on the small clutch she carried. “Ren, put me down. I can walk.”
He grunted, never once faltering his stride.
The innocent touch of his hands, so close to where she ached, sent shudders down her spine. She shivered.
“Are you cold?” He asked her with heat blazing in his eyes.
His hand inched up her bare thigh as he walked. The shock of him touching her intimately had the fine hairs on her nape standing on end. By the time he placed her inside the cabana, she was a mass of need.
Angelina closed her eyes, lifting up on her toes to reach Lorenzo’s mouth. It was a brushing of lips, a light caress that made her senses sing. He increased the pressure of his lips on hers, the teasing action of his tongue changing to something more erotic. The primal act was unmistakable. She could already feel how soaked her panties were. She rubbed her thighs together, and a pulsing beat pulled on her inner muscles.
Lorenzo stepped back, shaking his head. “You are so beautiful, you take my breath away,” he murmured.
“I want you.” Angelina let her hand trail down his chest to cup the bulge straining against his slacks.
“No,” he said. “Not yet.”
Her hand stilled its movement against him. “Don’t you want me?”
“Do you really need to ask me that?” He punctuated the question by pressing her hand tighter against him.
Angel’s breath hitched in her throat. A soft whimper was the single sound as he held the back of her head and licked her lips. She opened for him, letting him deepen the kiss, only to protest when he pulled away again.
“You’re such a tease,” she groused.
He held a chair out from a table that had been set for two. She took a moment, enjoying the scene he had obviously gone to a lot of trouble to set up. On one side a table set with gorgeous black and white linens. The other side had a huge lounger, more like a double bed, piled high with jewel-toned pillows, and a luxurious throw at the end. Each corner held gas fire pits that could be used to warm the interior, if the evening got a little chilly. She didn’t think they’d need them, since she felt too warm with her small amount of clothing already.
She smiled, sitting down in the seat he held out. He moved to the other side with the grace of an animal. Within moments, a waiter arrived with a tray.
