A Beautiful Choice (Beautiful, #5)

“Oh yeah?” I giggled.

“I like you naked, wet and screaming,” he answered, leaning down in front of me, caging me in with his arms.

I smiled. “Mmm. I like that, too.”

“What the fuck took you assholes so long?” Ryder yelled as he walked out of the back of the jail.

Putting his checkbook back in his wallet, Gabe looked up at Ryder and sternly said, “You better be happy we came at all, asshole.”

Placing his hands up, Ryder said, “Whoa, dude, I surrender!”

Releasing a breath, I shook my head.

As I walked over to Ryder, he said, “Hey, Sar-bear.”

Standing in front of him, I swung my right hand back and slapped him right across the cheek.

“What the fuck was that for?” Ryder yelled as he placed a hand to his cheek.

Wrapping my arms around his waist, I squeezed him, then kissed him on the cheek. “Don’t you dare do anything like this ever again, you asshole!”

Relaxing his body in my grip, Ryder wrapped me up in his arms. “I promise Sarah I won’t,” Ryder said after he kissed me on the top of the head.

“You two ready?” Gabe asked from behind me.

Releasing Ryder from the death grip I had him in, I ran over to Gabe and wrapped my arms around his middle. Looking up at Gabe, I saw he was looking down at me with a little crooked smile on his face. Standing on my tip-toes, I puckered my lips and waited for him to kiss me. Giving me a lingering peck, Gabe leaned back and winked at me.

Turning to look over at Ryder, he ran over to us and grabbed the both of us in a hug. Giving us each a kiss on the cheek, he said, “Fucking finally, you two! It took you two too goddamn long!”

Pushing Ryder off of us, Gabe nodded his head towards the exit. “Come on, let’s get going.” Turning me around in his arms, he kissed me on the forehead.

“Okay, but can we get some breakfast?” Ryder hesitantly asked.

Turning and glaring at Ryder, Gabe asked, “Really, Ryd? You just got released from jail and you want to get breakfast?”

“Well, yeah,” Ryder said.

Letting out a breath, Gabe looked down at me and asked, “Are you hungry?”

Smirking up at him, I stood on my tip-toes. Sucking his earlobe into his mouth, I heard him moan lightly. Letting it go, I whispered, “Oh, I’m hungry, all right.”

“Fuck,” I heard Gabe groan under his breath.

“Fucking shit, I don’t need to see you two do stuff like that!” Ryder yelled as he covered his eyes up with his hands.

Turning to Ryder, Gabe yelled, “Cool it, man! Come on, let’s go get some breakfast.”

Running towards Gabe, Ryder grabbed him around his waist and picked him up. “Thank you, man!” Ryder yelled.

“Put me down, you douchebag!” Nodding his head towards me, Gabe said, “Or Sarah here will have to bail the both of us out of jail.”

Chuckling, I said, “No, I won’t.”

“Thank you, Sarah! Loyalty!” Ryder flirted over towards me, giving me a wink.

Giving him the middle finger, I said, “Actually, I’d only bail Gabe out.”

“Oh my God, it’s because you got laid last night, right?” Ryder said as he let go of Gabe.

Hitting him in the middle of his stomach, Gabe yelled, “Shut the fuck up, man!”

Looking between the two of us, Ryder’s jaw dropped and said, “Oh my God, you two did it!”

Lifting his closed fist to Ryder’s mouth, Gabe said, “I’m warning you, man, shut the fuck up.”

I didn’t know what to do, so I just stood there. I started to giggle but I could see it was starting to really bother Gabe.

“Okay, man, I’m sorry,” Ryder said sincerely. Looking at me he asked, “So, breakfast?”

“Yes, breakfast, you ass,” I said with laughter in my voice.

“So, yeah, this summer is going to suck ass,” Ryder said as he stuck a mouthful of hash browns and egg into his mouth.

“Why do you say that?” Gabe asked after taking a sip of his coffee.

Spitting food all over the place, Ryder grabbed his orange juice and took a healthy sip. “Because I have no girlfriend, which means no *. All the girls at school are bitches so I’m going to be using this baby,” he said as he waved his hand in the air, “for the next three months.”

“Oh my God,” I screamed as I squirmed in my seat.

Shrugging his shoulders, Ryder said, “Oh come on, Sarah!” as he set his fork down on his plate. He leaned on his elbows on the table. “You’re telling me you’ve never fiddled your digit before?”

I started to open my mouth and then quickly closed it. I could feel my face getting red and Ryder was too quick to notice it and point it out.

Turning to Gabe, Ryder said, “Fuck, man,” and started laughing. Scooting out of the booth, Ryder said, “Well, I guess this is a good time to go to the bathroom,” and scurried off.

As soon as Ryder was out of hearing distance, Gabe leaned over. Sucking on my neck, he huskily whispered into my ear, “I sooo want to see you do that.”
