Love UnExpected (Love's Improbable Possibility)

“…coming to be with you.” His Brooklyn tongue was so strong.

Out of nowhere, emotions came flooding the forefront of my brain in spades. I didn’t understand it. My face started to spasm, my bottom lip quivered and I began to cry. For once I didn’t care if I was exposed. I pushed my inhibitions to the side and ran to him. I jumped into his arms like a child, only I gave him the biggest and wettest kiss ever. His smile remained as he held me and managed to grab his luggage to bring inside the suite. I melted emotionally in his strong arms.

“Why are you crying, sweetheart?” he murmured while staring adoringly into my eyes.

“I’m so angry with you!” My voice shaking. I was experiencing a barrage of emotions.

“Why?” His brows knitted together and eyes squinted.

“Because I think I’ve fallen in love with you.” There. I sheepishly admitted.

“Shit. It’s about damn time. Is that what it took…a trip to the Caribbean to finally get you open?” He attempted humor. But he was very much sober when he said just above a whisper, “There’s no need to cry about that. It’s a good thing. I got you, girl.”

While I was clutched to him in a straddling position, he took his right hand and wiped my face to remove as much as he could without a cloth. I took his hand, lowered it from my face and kissed him madly. I slipped my tongue as far down his throat as it could go. He didn’t seem to mind as he shared his tongue with me generously as well. I fell back into the same trance I was in that night after Crustaceans. His right hand found its way to my ass and gripped it gently. I had one hand on his face and the other on the back of his head while our lips and tongues made love.

“Damn!” someone shouted. I looked toward the voice to see we’d left the door open. It was the girls. And of course, April had to be the mood buster. Michelle looked shamefacedly, and Britni, as if she was salivating.

“Our bads! We didn’t know you had company. We’ll come back later,” Michelle explained as she physically pushed the other two out of the doorway.

“Oh, nah. Please come back. I’m not here to ruin the girl-bonding that's taking place. You ladies enjoy yourselves, I’ll have my time when you’re done,” Azmir offered gazing into my eyes.

“Who’s here with you? Petey and Kid? Mark and Eric?” I asked finally coming to my wits.

Amir shook his head. “I’m dolo.”

“Noooo. You came all the way out here to wait in a room for me? That’s not cool.” I turned to the girls, “Where are you guys going?”

“We were going to try out that Nobu restaurant,” Britni said.

“Are you hungry? We can have dinner and catch up after,” I offered to Azmir. Michelle extended the offer by insisting he come along.

“It’s a bet. I need a minute freshen up,” he agreed.
